First and foremost, I am Mammy to my two young sons. A challenge and a blessing, and the greatest thing I have ever done.

Midwifery was my profession in Dublin, Ireland before I transitioned to fertility nursing and moved to Canada. Since then my career has been varied including midwifery, prenatal education, postpartum support, and lactation consulting. I also have experience working abroad in Cameroon and the Falkland Islands.

My BSc A. Obs (Midwifery) and Masters in Public Health allow me to support families in infant feeding which has remained my focus and passion for the last 10 years. I work with people in person as much as possible and also virtually to ensure accessibility.
